The Norris family have owned and operated a real estate company in New Braunfels since 1949 and in 2011 they officially split their operations into two divisions with NCG Commercial Real Estate taking on the commercial side.

NCG focus’ on all commercial transactions representing the Buyer / Tenant and Seller / Landlord, with industry specialists who, while versed in all commercial property types, have expert knowledge in their area of specialization. We work with, land, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, multi-family and medical, with a developer in house we are also equipped, and able, to help you with development processes and even assist in working with the City.

A majority of our work is in New Braunfels and the sounding areas such as San Marcos, Seguin, Selma, Schertz, Universal City, Canyon Lake, but we do list further out such as San Antonio, Kyle, Buda, etc.

Within our team we have CCIM brokers, which is the gold standard in commercial real estate, providing you with an industry educated professional who can provide you with long term analysis for your investment.

We also have several members who serve our community with civic commitments such as Planning and Zoning commission, Chamber of Commerce and members of the Leadership New Braunfels classes, to name but a few.
